Conditions of Sale

• Minimum Order : Minimum $50.00 for internet orders. Orders less than $50.00 will be charged a $25.00 service charge.

• PRICING : All prices shown are as of Aug, 2002. It is the intent of these web pages to show pricing on as many items as possible. Indicated prices are designed as general guidelines to assist the customer in evaluating approximate cost to desired properties. These prices do not constitute an offer to sell. As in any inudstry, market conditions and pricing fluctuate. For current, competitive pricing, Polymer Plastics recommends contacting our sales/service department.

• TERMS : Net 30 days with approved credit. A 1-1/2% (18% per annum) service charge on past due invoices. To obtain credit, please contact Polymer Plastics and request a credit application. Allow 10 days after receipt by Polymer Plastics for credit review. Our Minimum billing is $50.00.

• FREIGHT : All orders are F.O.B. shipping point.

• PLACING ORDERS : Polymer Plastics accepts orders by phone, mail, or fax. Polymer Plastics will ship all orders from stock within 48 hours of receipt.

• RETURNED GOODS : Polymer Plastics will expeditiously replace, at no additional cost, any material found to be defective or not as ordered. Material which is returned at the customer's request will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. In all cases involving returns, prior approval is required.

• CANCELLATION : Orders placed for materials not normally stocked are noncancellable.
