Turcite A & X

Turcite A is a proprietary formulation of TFE and acetal resin. Turcite A is a self-lubricating resilient material that performs well under vibratory and dynamic loading. The exceptional wear and abrasion resistant qualities of Turcite A make it ideally suited for bearing applications of moderate to high load and low speed. Medium to dark turquoise in color, Turcite A is completely free of any contamination or substance that is foreign to the specified formulation.

Turcite X displays good dimensional integrity under a variety of mechanical and chemical conditions. Turcite X exhibits exceptional wear qualities and is intended for bearings applications of low load and high speed. Turcite X has an acetal base with internal migratory lubricants which greatly enhance its exceptional wear characteristics. With minimal hygroscopic characteristics as well as low thermal expansion properties, Turcite X is a structurally stable material. Turcite X is red in color.
